What is FORGE?
FORGE is the GGX Labs managed website-development service. The current implementation combines project intake, package selection, payment, order tracking, delivery, refunds, and support into one service workflow.
The public service is hosted on the services surface, while the main GGX Labs platform handles account, legal, contact, and refund-policy pages. This documentation describes the workflow; the live FORGE application remains the operational surface.
Project lifecycle
- 01Open FORGE and review the available website-development packages.
- 02Select a package and provide project requirements before starting checkout.
- 03Choose a supported payment gateway and acknowledge the refund policy required by checkout.
- 04The backend creates the order and payment session. The client opens the selected gateway and verifies the resulting order/payment state.
- 05Use the FORGE dashboard to view orders, package information, project data, status, refund support, and support links.
- 06Production, delivery, and post-launch support continue according to the selected package and agreed project scope.

Delivery principles
The FORGE landing experience describes an intake-first process so the requested scope is captured before payment. It also describes production delivery to the customer domain, source access at handoff, and an active support window.
Current status
FORGE is under active development. GGX Labs is improving the payment and checkout layer with a better payment gateway, so payment-specific behavior and documentation can change during the upgrade.
